Just a note to let you know that throughout your perusal of this blog, you may come across certain products and links to products that are tagged with affiliate link tracking (affiliate links).
What the heck is that? I hear you ask. Well, first things first – it doesn’t cost you anything at all. An affiliate link just provides me with a small compensation (from the retailer’s pocket) for recommending a product that I love.
It tracks clicks and purchases from visitors such as yourself, and associates the purchase, and subsequent compensation, with me. None of your personal information is tracked, only what you buy and the fact that you came via my website.
You may have guessed that I am a minimalist and eco-warrior at heart, so I don’t recommend a tonne of products. But when I do, it’s because I think it will add value to your life and/or I think it will either help the planet or at least slow down the rate of consumerism. Sounds oxymoronic, doesn’t it? Recommending that you buy products in order to reduce the rate at which people buy.
Seriously though, I only recommend products that are high quality, will last, and are worth your money. My hope is that it will save you buying many more poor quality items that need replacing much more often. I don’t recommend anything that I’ve never tried or that isn’t worth suggesting. I value your trust too much!
And please note that there’s no obligation at all to buy anything on this site, nor use the affiliate link if you are interested in making a purchase.
I have no direct affiliation with any product or service on this site. If this changes I will state as much.
If you’re still unsure about affiliate links and you have a question, please don’t hesitate to email me at email@example.com.
